The headboard air lock option uses air cylinders to lock/unlock the front bow to/from the headboard. Before operating the air lock, tarp system tension must be reduced by releasing most of the tension at the back of the tarp system. A control valve is located near the driver-side lower corner of the headboard to toggle the air lock between locked and unlocked positions.
The headboard air lock option is available for both Quick Draw Tarpaulin Systems and Zippy Tarp Systems.
